Buying from Integrity Pearls is a zero-risk, no-nonsense experience. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Sometimes we make packing mistakes; and sometimes inferior quality pearls slip through. Or perhaps you simply realize that you ordered the wrong pearls. No problem. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, send them back! We will replace them or refund your money - your choice.

There are just a few guidelines:

  • If you have concerns, if possible please let us know within a week of receiving your package.
  • Please use the convenient Returns Form (below) to notify us.
  • Normally, you can simply mail your items back to us - to our Los Angeles office (or for Canadians, to our Toronto address). More instructions are on the page you will see after you submit the Form. (The addresses are also listed here on this page, down below the Form.)
  • There are situations where returning the pearls by mail is not feasible or the best solution. If this is the case, we will send you a reply, usually within a day or two at the most. So please don't mail the returns right away. Kindly wait for 2 days, in case we want to suggest alternatives.
  • If you believe we made a packing error, and that is the reason for your return, we will also cover your postage cost. Please mention this in the Form, with an estimate of the postage cost.
  • When we offer refunds, our policy is to make the refund immediately and without fuss. All we ask is that on the Form, you submit accurate information about the products you are returning. Just type the 4-digit Product Number and the quantity. We will do the computation for you, and we will normally refund you within a day or two of receiving the Form. (We will refund the account from which you originally paid for your order.)
  • We assume you will mail the pearls to us within a few days of submitting the Form. It is not necessary to notify us when you have mailed your package. But the sake of efficiency, please do NOT mail pearls back to us before submitting the Form.
  • You do not need to use a "restocking number" or to pay any hidden fees.
  • After you submit the Form, we may e-mail you, or we may proceed directly with the refund. (When the refund is done, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the payment facility).
  • If there are questions or special concerns for which you need a reply, just e-mail us first, before proceeding with the Form.
