Prompt delivery is very important to our customers, and we take this seriously. But sometimes, we fall short. And when we do, we are willing to immediately refund your Shipping Charge in full. Just submit your request using the convenient REFUND FORM below, and we will refund the account from which you originally paid for your order.

For USA customers: We commit ourselves to try our best to deliver your order within 5 business days of your payment date. If it takes longer than 5 business days, we will refund your $6 Shipping Charge.

For customers outside the USA: We commit ourselves to try our best to deliver your order within 12 days of your payment date. If it takes longer than 12 days, we will refund your Shipping Charge ($8 for Canada, $12 all other countries).
